A good enemy targets to knock you off of your foundation
To stay strong any building needs a good foundation. The foundation on which a saint in Christ operates is the basis of one’s fundamental strength. One set apart for Christ does not operate on his or her own strength but on the righteousness that comes from the atonement of Christ. As a result of the atonement a saint is activated to walk in the new nature that comes from the new identity of a believer in Christ.
Why is atonement central to peacemaker movement?
Most religions practices some form of ransom or sacrifice for the problem of evil.
Christ is the finished work and the source of the new life that springs in every believer when one applies it on a daily basis
